6.30. Tutorial Has Audio, No Video (@RISK 4.x)

@RISK for Project 4.x

Problem:
When the tutorial is launched, the tutorial begins to play. The audio can be heard but the video cannot be seen.

Solution:

  1. Launch Windows Media Player.
  2. Select Tools » Options » Performance.
  3. Decrease the amount of video acceleration by moving the slide in the "Video Acceleration" section to the left.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Try launching the Palisade tutorial again.
  6. If the video portion of the Palisade tutorial still isn't displayed, return to step 3 and decrease the video acceleration further.
