Palisade Server Manager 8.6.1 onward.
From 8.6.1 onward, there are two tabs within the Palisade Server Manager; one labelled License and one labelled Legacy Licenses. This is due to a licensing system change being implemented in 2024. The original Flexnet licenses will need to be managed in the Legacy Licenses tab, and the new Cryptlex licenses will be managed in the Licenses tab. The licenses purchased from August 2024 onward will be Cryptlex licenses, and licenses purchased before this date will be Flexnet licenses.
If you try activating a license in the incorrect tab, the error message inform you to use the other one. You do not need the service to be running in both tabs for users to access the license, only the tab where the license has been activated.
