Which settings in the Group Policy Editor or Office Customization Tool are important for proper operation of @RISK and other Palisade add-ins to Excel?
Our software is designed to work with the default settings, but some organizations alter these. The attached file is a list of the settings that can interfere with operation of Palisade software.
Palisade Technical Support has a tool called PalDiagnostics that can diagnose problematic policy settings as well as other issues. A Palisade technical support representative can interpret the output of PalDiagnostics and suggest appropriate corrections.
