"Not enough system resources to display completely."
2.71. "Not enough system resources to display completely."
Applies to: @RISK 6.x/7.x/8.x
When I try to open my model, I get the error message
Not enough system resources to display completely.
Or, I can open the model, but after I run a simulation I get that message.
Your model is too large or too complex, or has features that require more system resources than your computer can provide. Some suggestions:
- If you are running any memory-hungry or disk-hungry applications, close them before opening your model.
- If you have other workbooks open and they're not required for the simulation, close them before opening this one.
- If you can make your model less complex or trim down redundant calculations, this is always a good idea.
- If the number of iterations is large, try reducing it. Or use @RISK's convergence monitor to see whether you are specifying more iterations than needed.
- If you're using Color Cells, try disabling them before opening your model. (Color Cells can take a lot of system resources, depending on your model.)
- If you are collecting all distribution samples (Simulation Settings » Sampling tab), switch to None or Distributions Marked with Collect.
