1.1. MyLumivero Portal and @RISK / DTS Licenses

Applies to:
@RISK and DecisionTools Suite 8.7 onward

Starting from release 8.7, some of the licensing options will be available to manage through the myLumivero portal. This will include you have the ability to assign a license to someone else, or rescind an activation on a license so that it can be activated again. The latest installer links will also be available on the portal.

The licenses will continue to be activated in the same way as previously; the user can activate using the Activation ID that is sent to them. The user does not sign in with their email address to access the license, the license key still needs to be entering in the software in order to license it correctly.

An account is not required in order for someone to activate a license, it is an optional way of managing and distributing licenses.

If you have any questions, or require any assistance, please contact Lumivero Technical Support.
